The District's capital improvement plan for 2010 is to complete the design of several water treatment and transmission projects as well as an office/maintenance facility and an elevated water storage tank.

The Water Treatment project will treat water from the Springdale Farm Wells.  The Office/Maintenance facility will be located at Caperton Boulevard on lands owned by the District.

The Elevated Water Storage Tank is proposed as a replacement for the existing tank at Grubb’s Corner.  There are two water transmission main projects being designed.  One is on Thatcher Road and the other is along Williamsport Pike (and the Winchester & Western Railroad) from Medford Drive to Bessemer Lane.
