Welcome to the Berkeley County Public Service Water District...
The Berkeley County Public Service Water District was created in 2001 when three seperate public service districts were merged. These districts included Hedgesville PSD, Opequon PSD and Berkeley PSD. Today, the combined District serves more than 19,000 customer accounts, representing nearly half of the population of Berkeley County, West Virginia.
