If you have moved into a residence that already has water service and you need to get water service turned on in your name, you need to complete an Application for Water and Sewer Service. This single Application form lets you transfer service into your name for both County water and County sewer.

If you only have water at your location, you will still need to complete the Application for Water and Sewer Service by following the link below. If your property only has Berkeley County Sewer, please complete the Application for Sewer Service provided on their website at www.BCPSSD.org. For City of Martinsburg Water &/or Sewer, contact their office at 304-264-2131 ext. 248.

If you have City of Martinsburg Sewer, and need County water, you will need to follow the City of Martinsburg application process for sewer and send the completed receipt to the District Office. You will then need to complete the Application for Water and Sewer Service to have water turned on at your location.
