Your first point of contact when dealing with a billing issues, reporting a leak, or asking a general question about your service is still the Water District Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 304-267-4600.
The Water District has an obligation to help you with your issue to ensure that you are satisfied with their resolution.
If you are not satisfied, the Water District has three days to attempt to ensure your satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied, the Water District’s internal Compliance Group will attempt to resolve your complaint within 30 days.
If you are still not satisfied, you may open a complaint with the PSC.
